As tiring as the week was, it was a lot of fun, and it culminated in a family Round-up event on Friday night. There was a petting zoo, ponies to ride, a train ride around the parking lot, lots of games and food to eat. The kids had a blast! The only thing we missed out on that we really wanted was the funnel cakes. By the time we got around to getting in line for some, the lines were too long, it was getting late, and the kids were starting to melt down. Bummer! Anyway, here are some pics:
This is what Ryan did most of the time-- just walked around wherever he wanted to go, and one of us had to follow along.
"Hay!" (Hey) (One of Mark's jokes that he thinks is hysterically funny every time he says it.)
Ryan loved clapping along to the music (there was a live band).
Rachael and I waited in line for a LONG time for the pony ride. It was at probably a good 45 minutes. But I think she found it worth the wait.
She was fascinated by the Tall Cowgirl.
Ryan wasn't content to just pet the animals in the petting zoo; he wanted to climb on them and ride them. Exhibit A.
Exhibit B.
Rachael sat here for a while, feeding this cow grass. I'm sure they both loved it. Or at least Rachael loved it, and the cow tolerated it.

Looks like they had a great time! But the tall cowgirl - how random is that? lol
